Note that our audio enhancing service is for recordings where all parties were aware and approved of the recording being made. We don't enhance secretly recorded conversations.

Description of our service:
- We'll reduce hiss, hum and other noise in your recording. We run special filters on the audio to reduce the noise. We don't edit out flubs or pauses (see audio editing service)
- We accept digitized audio only. Please send your audio to us via https://www.yousendit.com (use jack@audiobag.com as the TO address). You'll need to place an order before we'll work on the audio. Sorry, no preliminary testing before we receive payment.
- Fast delivery! The audio is delivered to you over the Internet within 48 hours as a MP3 file or whatever digital format deliverable via the Internet you need (ex: AIFF, WAV, 128 kbps MP3, 192 kbps MP3, etc.)

* We have a 1-hour minimum charge because it takes us the same amount of time to apply numerous filters on a 5-minute recording as it does on a 1-hour recording.
