How do I get my script and/or instructions to you?

After you've completed your online purchase, click the "Return to Audiobag" link on the page thanking you for your order. It will take you back to our Script and Instructions form. Fill out the form with your script, music choice, voice talent choice, and any instructions for us. When you've completed the form, click the submit button and we'll take it from there. When we complete your audio, we'll post it on a special download web page for you to hear and download (here's a sample of a download page), and we'll send you an email informing you it's ready.

I didn't find my link to the Script and Instructions form. What do I do now?
A.
If you closed your browser after making your purchase and missed the provided link that takes you to our Script and Instructions form, don't panic. Simply please email us at info@audiobag.com or call us at 1-800-397-4887 and we'll send you the link.

What is the turnaround time on a project?
A.
We produce voiceover projects such as intros, outros, commercials, and messages on hold within 2 business days of receiving your script, and from 2 to 7 days for audio and video editing/enhancing (depending on our workload and the length of your recording).

Do you need me to provide a detailed listing of all the issues in each podcast I want you to edit and enhance?
A.
No, there's no need to provide a detailed listing of all the issues. We'll go through the entire recording and find the problems. However, if there are particular sections that you've decided you don't want in the final presentation, let us know where they are in your recording.

Do I get a chance to approve the custom voice work you do for me prior to final delivery?
A.
Yes. When we’ve completed the audio, we’ll upload it to a special page where you can listen to it and download it. You’ll have 48 hours to let us know if something needs to be corrected. See our guarantee section below for complete details.

Do I get to choose my music?
A.
Yes. Describing the style (for example, soft rock) of music you want is the fastest and easiest way to let us know what you want. If we select music that doesn't appeal to you, let us know and we'll remix the audio with different music at no extra charge. If you'd like to select the music yourself, we provide a link in our Script and Instructions Form to the music library we use. After you've found the music track you like, tell us the name of the track on the Script and Instructions Form.

If I send you my own music, can I get the voice only price?
A.
We charge more for producing a voice and music presentation because it takes us extra time to mix the audio. So, you'll need to purchase voice and music even if you provide your own music.

 

Q?
I need my audio improved in a video. Do I order the Audio Editing and Enhancing service or the Video Editing and Enhancing service?
A.
If you don't need anything that involves editing of the video track and you can send us just your audio track (in other words, you'll re-insert the audio track back into your video and render it yourself), then order our Audio Editing and Enhancing service. If you want us to edit out unwanted words, long pauses, or other sections in your video, that involves editing of the audio and the video tracks. So you'll need to order our Video Editing and Enhancing service.

I have several files that I need edited into a presentation. Will you work on several files and combine them into one presentation?
A.
Yes. The price depends on the total length of the audio (or video) on the files that you send. For example, if you have a 5-minute file and a 20-minute file that you want combined into a single presentation, buy a 25-minute editing/enhancing job from us.

If we make a mistake or if you're unhappy with the custom audio we produce for you, we'll revise it or refund your money. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the initial email notification from us telling you that your audio is ready. By the way, if we don't understand something in your script, we'll contact you before we produce it. Also, if there's an obvious typo, we'll correct it before producing the audio. Our guarantee does not cover script or instruction changes after we've produced it (we'll provide you a quote for any script and/or instruction changes).

Our limited guarantee on audo and/or video editing and enhancing:

If there's a problem with the recording or video we deliver back to you, contact us within 48 hours of receiving our email notification that it's ready and we'll re-examine it. If we've missed taking out a section, that's something that can be repaired. However, if there's a loud noise (for example, a thump that covers up what is being said), removing it will probably take out the words, too. So we may not be able to make it sound any better than the work we've already done on it. Nevertheless, we'll re-examine it to see if we can improve it. Because of the amount of time we put into editing and enhancing, we don't offer refunds on our editing and enhancing service. However, we will refund your money if we determine we can't improve the overall quality of your recording in our initial test.

How do I save the audio to my computer?
A.
For Windows right click on the download button and 'Save Target As' or 'Download link to Disk'... select a folder and save. For Mac 'control-click' and hold on the sound link. A menu will pop up, 'Save Target As' or 'Dowload link to Disk' ... select your drive and save.
