Here's the process:

Immediately after you've made your purchase, we instantly email you a link to our Script and Instructions form (check your spam folder if you don't receive the email).

After filling out the online form with your script and instructions, click the submit button to send it back to us. We'll create your audio or video and post it online for you to hear (or view) and download.

You have 48 hours after we've sent you an email telling you your audio or video is ready for you to let us know if we need to correct anything.
