 We'll come to your location in the Austin, Texas area* and record the audio from your meeting, workshop, seminar, conference, or other non-musical event and turn it into a podcast for you. Our mobile recording service is also great for documenting important meetings and for posting on your website for people who can't attend the event.
We'll deliver one CD-quality (44 kHz 16-bit mono or stereo) audio recording on CD, DVD, or MP3 file delivered over the Internet (ideal for podcasts or posting on your website).

- We guarantee our work. If we make a mistake or fail to follow your instructions on our Script and Instructions form, contact us within 24 hours of our email notification that your audio is ready for you to review and download. We'll recut it or refund your money.
PRICES:
The prices below represent recording time. We'll be at your location longer setting up and packing up, but we don't charge for that time.
Suppose you want us to come to your location and record your sales staff talking about your product for the purpose of turning the discussion into a podcast. We'll get there about an hour before the meeting begins, set up and test our equipment. However, because we don't start the clock until the discussion actually begins, you'll want to order for the amount of time the discussion will last. It's a good idea to watch the clock and keep your discussion within the time alloted. If the discussion is 30 minutes in length, you'll want to order one hour of recording time (we have a minimum one-hour charge).
We'll deliver your audio recording on a CD, DVD, or MP3 file (via the Internet). Some editing is included in the price. We edit out long pauses and breaks (such as a lunch or coffee breaks).
