Will you produce or edit and enhance any script?
A.

As much as we'd like to have your business, we don't produce or edit just any script. Audiobag will not record or edit the following types of scripts:

1. Scripts that violate, or are likely to violate, laws and regulations.
2. Scripts that are contrary to social norms or public order and morals, that infringe on the rights of others or that cause a nuisance to others.
3. Scripts containing partisan political campaigns or commentary. We aim to avoid contributing to the current division in the United States.

How do I get my script and/or instructions to you?
A.

After you've completed your online purchase, your browser will be redirected to our Script and Instructions form. Complete the form, click the submit button, and we'll take it from there. When your audio us ready, we'll post it on a special download web page for you to hear or see and download, and we'll send you an email informing you it's ready.

I didn't find my link to the Script and Instructions form. What do I do now?
A.

If you closed your browser after making your purchase and missed the provided link that takes you to our Script and Instructions form, don't worry. Simply email us at info@audiobag.com or call us at 1-800-377-7349 and we'll send you the link.

Do you need me to provide a detailed listing of all the issues in each recording I want you to edit and enhance?
A.

No, there's no need to provide a detailed listing of all the issues. We'll go through the entire recording (or the sections in which you tell us you want edited and/or enhanced) and find the problems. If there are particular sections that you don't want in the final presentation, let us know so we can edit them out.

 

Q?
If I send you my own music, can I get the voice only price?
A.

We charge more for producing a voice and music presentation because it takes us extra time to mix the audio. So, you'll need to purchase voice and music even if you provide your own music.

What if I'm unhappy with the audio or video you produce or edit for me?
A.

Once we let you know your audio or video project is ready, you’ll have 7 days to listen to or view it and tell us if you want anything changed. You get up to 3 revisions, and that covers fixing mistakes, adjusting the music and/or sound effects, and tweaking the voice delivery. The revisions don’t cover a script or instructions change after you’ve already sent your script in.

Note: We don't offer refunds on projects due to the amount of labor and talent costs involved.

WE DON'T ACCEPT SECRETLY RECORDED MATERIAL. If you order our audio or video editing and enhancing for a private conversation where at least one party in the recording is unaware they are being recorded, we'll refuse the work and refund you the purchase price minus a $30 refund processing fee.
