Thank you for visiting Audiobag.com. If you have a question about our services, we hope we have the answer for you below. If not, call or email us.
Let us know if we need to make a revision within 30 days after we've sent you our first email letting you know that your audio is ready. We'll do up to 3 revisions.* You'll need to let us know within 7 days after we've sent you a revision if further work needs to be done. We'll revise your audio if we mispronounced something, or if we've chosen a sound effect or a music track that you don't like, or if we missed the mark on the voice delivery (for example, you wanted upbeat and we gave you conversational instead). This does not include script or instruction changes. A script change means changing the wording of your original script that you sent to us. An instruction change is sending us different instructions than your original instructions. We'll provide you a quote for any script and/or instruction changes. Because of the amount of time we put into a project, we do not offer refunds.
Our revision policy on audio and/or video editing and enhancing:
You have 30 days after we've sent you our first email letting you know that your audio or video is ready to let us know if we make a mistake in the editing and/or enhancing, We'll take care of it. If it's not a mistake on our part, but a noise that concerns you, we'll re-examine it. Keep in mind, though, if there's a loud noise such as a thump that covers up what is being said, removing it may take out the words, too. We may not be able to make it sound any better than the work we've already done on it. However we'll re-examine it to see if we can improve it. Our revision policy does not include instruction changes after we've edited and/or enhanced your recording or video. Instruction changes include any changes from your original instructions. We'll provide you a quote for any instruction changes. Because of the amount of time we put into a project, we do not offer refunds.
