Phone messages on Hold
Phone systems vary in the amount of time you're allowed for your on-hold recording.
Our phone messages on-hold recording can be to 6 minutes in length* of background music and messages and with a maximum of 480 words total. We recommend no more than 80 words for each minute of your on-hold presentation in order to have about 10 seconds of music between messages.
* For a 6-minute messages on hold presentation, we suggest 12 messages (each message no more than 40 words in length). Depending on the number and length of messages, we try to space the messages about 10 seconds apart using royalty-free music playing in the background.
• We produce the script you provide to us. We believe you know your business better than anyone. So we leave the writing to you.
• We offer both male and female voice talent. Let us know which voice you want on our Script and Instructions form. After you've completed your purchase, leave your browser open so we can re-direct you to the form where you can give us your script and instructions.
• Delivered to you in the format you need. We'll be happy to deliver your audio to you in whatever format you need on a special download page. We've listed some typical phone system format settings on our script and instructions form.
• Fast turnaround. Our turnaround time is up to 5 business days after you've sent your script or have approved any revisions to your script we have made.
• Up to 3 revisions. You have 7 days after we've sent you our first email letting you know that your audio is ready to let us know if we made a mistake or need to address something that concerns you. We'll do unlimited revisions on mistakes we make and up to 3 revisions on quality concerns (excludes instruction and script changes). Because of the amount of time we put into the project, we don't offer a refund.

If you have interactive voice response (IVR) at your business, an auto attendant message is the first voice callers hear when they contact you. You want to make a good first impression!
• Includes all of the same features as our messages on hold with the exception of the length and number of words. An auto attendant message can be up to 75 words.
