Phone messages on Hold
Our phone messages on hold recording is up to 6 minutes in length. Depending on the number and length of messages, we try to space the messages about 10 seconds apart using royalty-free music playing in the background.
• We produce the script you provide to us. We believe you know your business better than anyone. So we leave the writing to you. For a 6-minute messages on hold presentation, we suggest 12 messages (each message no more than 40 words in length).
• Produced by professional voice talent (with or without music). You have a choice of either our male voice or female voice. Let us know which voice you want on our Script and Instructions form. After you've completed your purchase, leave your browser open so we can re-direct you to the form where you can give us your script and instructions.
• Delivered to you in the format you need. We'll be happy to deliver your audio to you in whatever format you need on a special download page. We've listed some typical phone system format settings on our script and instructions form.
• Fast Turnaround. Our turnaround time is up to 5 business days after you've sent your script or have approved any revisions to your script we have made.
• Up to 3 revisions: If you're not happy with the audio, please let us know. We'll do up to 3 revisions. Our revision policy does not cover script or instruction changes you make (we'll provide a price quote).

If you have interactive voice response (IVR) at your business, an auto attendant message is the first voice callers hear when they contact you. You want to make a good first impression!
• Includes all of the same features as our messages on hold with the exception of the length and number of words. An auto attendant message can be up to 75 words.
