We produce custom messages on hold using professional voice talent and royalty-free background music. For clarity and pacing, we suggest a maximum of 60 words divided into four short messages for each minute of your recording (your recording can be up to 6 minutes in length). For example, a 3-minute recording would be no more than 180 words with a total of 12 messages.
WE RECORD YOUR SCRIPT Because you know your organization better than anyone, we ask that you write your messages on hold script (going by our guideline of 60 words per minute). We'd be happy to tweak your script if you request it. You can provide your script on our Script and Instructions form (which your browser will be redirected to immediately after making your purchase -- so leave your browser open).

Because of the amount of time we put into the project, we don't offer a refund.
Auto-attendant messages
Your auto-attendant message (also known as a phone prompt or IVR prompt) is the first voice callers hear. Make it count with a professionally voiced, well-structured phone menu. Auto-attendant messages include all the same features as our on-hold audio, and each message can be up to 75 words.
Here's a sample script:
"Hello. Thanks for calling Audiobag -- your one-stop shop for voiceover and audio production. If you know your party's extension, you may dial it at any time. For sales, press 1. For tech support, press 2. For billing, press 3. For business hours, press 4. To hear this message again, press the pound key."
